Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Golden Aura is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
